Lemon Creme Cake
This Month's Special
1 box Lemon Cake Mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup water and juice from lemon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a bowl on medium speed until smooth. Pour into 2- 8" layer cake pans and bake at 350 until done.
Frost with whipped cream or cool whip.
Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
